Vastint is an international property company based in the Netherlands with over 25 years’ experience managing portfolio properties and developing commercial real estate, including residential development and sales.
We were asked to prepare a communications strategy, content creation and social media marketing workshop to train in-country marketing managers from the UK, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, France, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland in how to use social channels to generate interest in their property.
We developed a questionnaire to understand the team’s requirements and prepared training materials which covered off digital marcomms strategy, persona development, content creation, editorial planning social strategy and how to set up effective paid-for programmes.
We also worked with our SEO partners at JHMA to make a number of SEO recommendations for Vastint UK’s sites, and our PR partners London Media, who produced this ‘birds eye’ view of Vastint’s Sugar House Island site.
